Before you book
The venue isn't announced yet. Why book now?
Dates and city are fixed. Registered delegates are the first to receive venue and hotel details and the first to request meetings, so the best time slots go to early bookers.
Can non-members attend?
Yes. The AGM is open to verified independent freight forwarders. It is the best way to see the quality of the network before deciding on membership.
What if I can't come after all?
Send a colleague instead. Name changes are free until 31 August 2027.
Who will I actually meet?
Owners, directors and senior managers of independent freight forwarding companies. WOF Alliance accepts at most three members per country, so you meet selected partners, not a crowd of competitors.
How can I pay?
Online by card, or request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
Where should I stay?
Accommodation is booked separately. Hotel options near the venue will be shared with registered delegates once the venue is confirmed.
